MOSCOW, Feb 12 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange plans to launch trading in platinum and palladium until August 31, as seen by PRIME in data of the bourse on Friday.
Trading will be launched after abolition of export duties on platinum and palladium in physical terms in compliance with WTO norms.
At present, the bourse is discussing with the central bank and other key market players introduction of local fixed prices for precious metals.
Now gold and silver are traded at the precious metals market of the Moscow Exchange. All settlements are made in Russian rubles.
